The prices are based on the complexity and length of the work and are true for the vast majority of business content that I write. In some unusual cases, the price may increase, but I will let you know ahead of time.
I never inflate word count, and if I go over the agreed word count of my own accord (i.e. without instructions from you), I never charge more.

The first couple of times that we work together, I will ask for payment before starting work. Once we have an established relationship, I invoice at the end of the month for any work completed in that month. I use standard 30-day payment terms and you can pay by credit or debit card, check (in the US), or direct bank transfer.
